United Healthcare the ACN in violation of contract
It has now been 4 months since I have heard any comment from United Healthcare or the ACN as to whether they are going to aprove the 24 visits per year as per our contracts states I am suppose to have.
I beleive they are in violation of contract now since they are to respond within 30 days. The last time I had any kind of a letter from the ACN concerning my chiropractic visits was December 10 2007. I have heard nothing since that time.

Have you looked at he Ohio Consumer Protection Act? There is a lot in there that was not written specificly for the health care industry which might help. The great part about it in this state is that the State Attourney General’s office won’t act as a lawyer for a court battle, but they do attempt to mediate problems at no cost. Corporations tend to take note when the State Attourney General’s Office calls. Especially when that office can cause them not to be able to do business in your state.

I didn’t know about all of that.
I do have a letter I have written to the Atorney General, but was waiting to see if United Healthcare, ACN, and OCLC would
respond before hitting them with the big guys.
I was also wondering about the FTC. After all this is something I purchased and am not receiving.
This is looks really bad for Online Computer Library Center since they pride themselves about caring so much for their employees
and their families.
